3 Self contained flats (please go to our website for details of each flat), central position, only minutes from the Promenade, shops transport and entertainment. Marks & Spencer 3 minutes from flats.
Each flat is tastefully decorated, furnished and fully carpeted, with fully fitted kitchens with microwave ovens, irons, fridges, toasters.
Colour TV in all flats. No extra charge.
Sheets, pillow cases and table cloths supplied. Duvets on each bed. No extra charge for linen. Towels supplied. FREE.
Electric meter, own front door keys. Each flat has a mortice lock and its own key.
All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery & tea towels supplied.
Convector heaters in all bedrooms.
Flats available from 4pm, but luggage may be left earlier. Flats must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
NO PETS allowed.
CLEANLINESS ASSURED. 100% award from Wales Tourist Board.
Each flat has its own hot water immersion heater.
NO SMOKING
For health and safety reasons we operate a no smoking policy in the flats, hallways and landings.
