Bodnant Guest House is a family-run, non-smoking Edwardian Guest House situated on the level in a wide, peaceful,tree-lined road within a two minute walk of beach, town, train station, theatre and conference centre, and all amenities

We have 6 bedrooms all of which are en-suite (2 doubles, 1 twin ,2 single & 1 family) where limited numbers ensure warm, personal friendly service. Our spacious bedrooms are centrally heated , have remote controlled LCD Flatscreen Digital colour T.V.s , wireless Internet access, hospitality trays, alarm clocks & hairdryers.

Vegetarians catered for.

Bodnant has a 4 star Wales Tourist Board ratings & has a full fire certificate.Parking available for 2 vehicles. Children welcome. Cot & highchair available.

£25.00- £40.00 per person per night. Price depends on type of room and length of stay. Unfortunately we do not cater for evening meals.

Supplements may apply on bank holidays and during busy summer season.

Access

1. Directions- By car, follow signs for Llandudno town centre, on passing Asda supermarket follow signs for train station, shortly after passing the train station you will come to a set of traffic lights, turn left into Trinity Avenue, St. Marys Rd is the 3rd right off Trinity Avenue. Bodnant Guest House is on your right shortly after you turn off Trinity Avenue.


2. We have 2 parking spaces available on a first come first served basis.


3. The front door is accessed by a concrete pathway between 2 slate shale parking spaces. There is one 140mm step to the front door which takes you into an entrance hallway, a further door takes you into the hallway reception area. The guests dining room is off the main hallway. We have no ground floor bedrooms. We are happy to help guests with their luggage if necessary.


4. From the hallway there are 13 180mm steps to a small half landing and a further 4 steps to the 1st floor landing. there are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, a further 11 180mm steps take you to a second half landing and then 4 more to the second floor landing. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is no lift available.
