Coed y Fron is a lovely Victorian Building situated in probably the best location in the village. It has a superb outlook over Betws-y-coed. You can relax and recharge for a few days in a Guest House that has fewer rooms than most, making it an even more exclusive experience – quieter and more relaxing. As the new owners of Coed y Fron, Peter and Eileen McCourt very much look forward to welcoming visitors to their home. You may have stayed previously or are yet to discover a superb way to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life for a few days. Whatever the reason a very warm and friendly welcome awaits you.

Comfort: Here we show you a double en-suite room furnished in a comfortable style. All rooms are well equipped with remote control televisions and hospitality trays. Most important you have a comfortable bed for good nights sleep. All of our rooms have good views. This particular room overlooks the rear of the house towards meadows, pastures and woods beyond.

Breakfast: Our dining room has a bay window overlooking the garden. A traditional breakfast is offered. We hold a basic hygiene food certificate for your assurance.

Views: This is a view from our garden. We have a superb outlook all around the house and from all our rooms.. There are many attractive woodland walks with panoramic viewpoints. For example, the beautiful Llyn Elsie walk starts less than 100yds from our house.

If while out walking, climbing or cycling your clothes get wet, we have a fully heated drying room where they can safely be left to dry overnight. We also have secure cycle storage.
