The well-appointed kitchen includes a modern Gorenje cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. The Utility room houses a washing machine and drier. The views out across Moelfre will help make doing the washing up a positive delight! There is a dining table and four chairs.

Lounge

Glass doors lead through to a comfortable lounge which contains a stone fireplace, an electric fire, a three seater and a two seater leather sofa, and a 32in Flatscreen TV with built in Freeview. There are some playing cards and a chess set as an alternative to ‘the box’ but the view of the garden, the village and the sea will always be captivating.

Bedroom 1

There is a double bed with a chest of drawers at each side, bedside lights, a large wardrobe and storage cupboards.

Bedroom 2

Twin beds are separated by a chest of drawers with a bedside lamp. There are two wardrobes.

Bathroom

The tiled bathroom contains a walk-in Mira shower unit, bidet, WC and sink. There is a heated towel rail.

Entertainment

The lounge has a 32 inch LCD TV with built in Freeview, playing cards and a chess set. No internet access.

Outside

Pebble pathways lead down through the attractive garden of mature shrubs, to an outdoor table and four chairs offering a relaxing setting for morning or evening refreshment. There is also a disposable BBQ. There is private off road parking for two cars to the front of the property.
