Tan y Bryn has been very recently renovated to the highest standard with all modern conveniences. It has three bedrooms and sleep 6 people comfortably plus a double bed settee in the master bedroom if required. It is located on the Penmon corner of the island down its own track in a quiet and peaceful area close to the coast.

The property has fantastic views from the living room over the sea to Puffin Island, Penmon bay and the mountains of Snowdonia. On a clear day it is possible to see the Isle of Mann out across the open sea.

The cottage is upside down and is entered on the first floor from the car parking area. Upon entering the property the living accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The master bedroom with TV/DVD and main bath and shower room are also located on this floor. The property is ideal for people with minor disabilities or walking difficulties but equally a wheelchair user could easily have access to all this floors facilities with there being only one small step at the main entrance.
