Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom bungalow with sea views. Front and rear garden. Located on a quiet cul de sac, very close to Rhosneigr beach and close to centre of village with pubs, restaurants and shops. Modern detached bungalow recently refurbished to a high standard with satellite TV and WiFi. Watch the sun go down over the sea, listen to the sound of the surf when you are in bed. Ideally located. Rhosneigr Golf course is about 1 mile away.

Spacious lounge with sea views, three bedrooms sleeping six, one en-suite opening to conservatory, one twin, one room with bunk beds. Family bathroom. kitchen/dining area. Front garden with sea views, rear patio decking with sea views. We have some board games, TV (free sat), WiFi. There is a separate self contained annex with separate access which is sometimes occupied by the owner.

Well behaved Pets are welcome by arrangement with Owner

Bedroom 1: Double bed with en-suite with large shower, loo, sink, bedroom opens to conservatory and rear decking area with sea views.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed.

Family bathroom: Bath, sink and loo.

Kitchen:Electric fan assisted oven, electric four ring hob, extractor, four slice toaster, microwave, kettle, utensils, fridge, freezer, dining table six chairs, I Pod player, beer and wine cooler, washer/dryer.

Lounge with sea views. Three seater sofa, two seater sofa, giant bean bag, board games, DVDs, DVD player. Large flat screen TV with free sat. State of the art electric fire.

Conservatory with partial sea views, two seater reading couch. Storage space. Opens to rear decking area with sea views and views of Surf point Castle.

We will provide bath towels and bed linen. Please bring your own beach towels. House is cleaned, linen changed on every change over day. If staying longer than a week a full set of towels and linen will be provided for your own change.

RAF Valley is about 1 mile away as the crow flies, they train some of their jet and helicopter pilots there including Prince William, this means although we get our own private airshows, it can be a bit noisy. However they normally only train in the daytime and on week days. We have had some great times watching the Red Arrows training, Spitfires passing and Chinooks circling.

Front garden is grassed with sea views, front drive may have owners small boat and tractor on it but there is plenty of parking space around house as it is on a quiet corner.
Rear garden has sea views, table and bench seats, decking. There is a another separate decking area at rear, which may be used by owner if using annex.

The property is located about 90 metres from the beach. Our road is quiet as it is in a cul-de-sac. The beach is mainly sandy ideal for sandcastles with some rocky areas ideal for exploring rock pools.
Kite surfing and windsurfing is popular.
You can fish off the beach or rocks.

There is a slipway to launch small sailing boats about 300m away and for larger boats there is vehicular access for beach launching, fees may apply.

The village is quite lively with cafes and restaurants. We have the Ty Morfa pub with a very good Thai Restaurant upstairs. The Sandymount is a pub and serve bar meals. Restaurants and cafes include Mojo's, Sullivans, Sandy's, Be Bees and opening in 2012 the Oystercatcher. We have two general stores one is also an off licence with a cash machine. A fish and chip shop. Surfing and Kitesurfing tuition available at Funsport and Mojo's. Funsport also provide Windsurfing tuition and you can hire kayaks, surfboards. There is some retail therapy available at various shops such as Geckos, Fat Face.

Deposit of 30% by bank transfer or cheque. Balance plus breakage deposit of £150 payable 8 weeks before arrival. Refund of breakage deposit if no damages within 2 weeks of your departure.

For weekly bookings our changeover day is Friday, cleaning will be done between 10am and 4pm, so departures need to kindly vacate by 10am and arrivals after 4pm please.
