A beautiful Farmhouse set within its own farmyard, 2 miles from Caernarfon situated in the village of Bontnewydd ideal for exploring Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula, only 10 minutes drive from Llanberis and many attractions. Cefnwerthyd can provide the perfect base for an activity-packed holiday. The farmhouse offers comforts and convenience of modern living.

Sleeping accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Next door is a spacious bathroom with shower and separate bath.

The ground floor consists of country-style kitchen with Rayburn to give you that farmhouse feel. You can relax in either 2 lounges one provides you with oil fuel log burner and the other lounge with open fireplace (logs included.), cloakroom and Conservatory which leads you to the lawned garden ideal for children to play, garden furniture and barbecue on patio. A lock- up store is available for securing bikes and outdoor equipment.

You can join the Welsh Highland Railway train, the newest railway in North Wales, which restores a long-lost link between the towns of Caernarfon and Porthmadog, running from coast to coast through the heart of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park from the stop at Lon Eifion (within walking distance of the Farmhouse). The main walking/cycling route in the area gives you immediate access to miles of safe cycling/walking. There is a lock up store for securing bikes and outdoor equipment.

A welcome tray is provided from the Jones family on arrival with our own farm eggs and Welsh cake.

Short breaks are available by arrangement out of season, or considered as last minute bookings subject to availability.
